Logitech diNovo Edge Bluetooth keyboard & YDL 6.2

Hello!

This is my first post here, I am total newbie with Linux on PS3, I installed YLD 6.2 couple of weeks ago. I have Logitech diNovo Edge Bluetooth keyboard which I occasionally use with game-os. How can I use this keyboard with YDL 6.2? I did some quick googling and find out that some people are using it, but the integrated mouse doesn't work. Step-by-step installation insructions would be greatly appreciated.

Or should I use some RF mouse and keyboard instead of Bluetooth?

Answering my own question... I totally forgot that keyboard comes with USB-Bluetooth dongle. With the dongle plugged in to USB-port of PS3, keyboard and mouse works OK without any setup. Although this reserves one USB port, I'll probably stick with this configuration since I am lazy to hack with bluetooth stack configurations etc.

Have you tried pulling out the USB dongle under linux and see if it keeps on working? I once managed it this way with another keyboard - that was as easy as it could be...

Just want to add that on a PS3 running YDL 6.2 you MUST install the latest updates for any bluetooth device to work. The kernel on the install DVD didn't load the drivers for it.

Do I install those with the software updater application or by some other means?

Yes, just use the normal method of updating with software updater (or yum update from the command line).
